At AuraHome Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process.
Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return items for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return:
- Contact our customer service team at auraahomeco@gmail.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a prepaid return shipping label via email
- Pack your item securely and ship it back to us
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we'll cover the return shipping cost. Simply mention your exchange preference when contacting us.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items that show signs of wear or damage
- Custom or personalized items
- Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
