1. Shipping Policy

At AuraHome Co, we aim to process and ship all orders promptly. Please read the shipping information carefully before making a purchase.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier, and supplier availability.

  • AuraHome Co is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Shipping carriers

    • Customs or border processing

    • Weather events or natural disasters

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, even if a refund is later approved.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned items unless otherwise approved by our team.


2. Refund Policy (Strict)

At AuraHome Co, all sales are final unless a refund is explicitly approved by our team. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Refund Approval

  • Refunds are only considered if a customer submits a written request via email to auraahomeco@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery.

  • The email must include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of AuraHome Co.

Eligible Refund Conditions

Refunds may be approved only if all of the following strict conditions are met:

  1. The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  2. All tags, inserts, accessories, and protective materials are included

  3. The item is returned in resalable condition

  4. The return request is submitted within 10 days of delivery

Any item returned outside these conditions will be rejected.


3. Returns

  • Returns must be pre-approved by our team via email.

  • Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged/defective product approved by our team.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging along with your order number.

  • AuraHome Co will review the claim and may approve a replacement or refund at our discretion.


5. No Liability for Supplier Issues

  • All products sold on AuraHome Co are sourced from third-party suppliers.

  • AuraHome Co is not responsible for delays, defects, or issues caused by suppliers.

  • By purchasing, you release AuraHome Co from any liability related to suppliers, shipping delays, or product defects.
